Parents should closely monitor their children for symptoms. If any abnormalities are observed, seek medical attention promptly for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
1. Influenza
Symptoms: High fever, cough, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, and body aches.
Complications: May lead to pneumonia or encephalitis.
2. Meningococcal Disease

This bacterial infection, caused by Neisseria meningitidis, may result in bloodstream infection, meningitis, and severe pneumonia. It can be life-threatening.
