It is a condition in which the body accumulates excessive fat beyond normal levels, leading to various chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, fatty liver disease, sleep apnea, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Dr. Netnipa Phromnarat, a specialist obstetrician and gynecologist at Hua Chiew Hospital, said that uterine tumors are common in women aged 30–50 years. They occur due to abnormal changes in the muscle cells of the uterus, which can develop either in the uterine wall or within the uterine cavity. Most cases show no symptoms, but if the tumor occurs in the uterine cavity, it may cause heavier menstrual bleeding than normal.

Currently, the number of people with diabetes in Thailand is increasing, and it is being seen in younger age groups. A major factor contributing to this disease is the consumption of high-fat and high-sugar foods, along with lifestyle habits. Diabetes is often found in working adults, as this is a time when people lead fast-paced lives, eat irregularly, spend many hours working at computers, move less, stay up late, and rarely exercise.
