The ArokaGO Star Award, organized by ArokaGO in collaboration with the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), honors leading healthcare, medical, and wellness providers that demonstrate excellence at both national and international levels. The award reflects Thailand’s strong positioning as a global destination for Medical & Wellness Tourism.
Recipients are evaluated based on three core criteria: service quality, customer experience, and sustainable business processes, through a rigorous assessment conducted by a panel of distinguished experts. The award ceremony was presided over by Dr Anusak Kongmalai, President of TMWTA and former Senator.
