ArokaGO Unveils “AdTrust.ai,” an AI Platform for Preliminary Screening of Healthcare Advertising Content

The platform introduces the “One Post, Multiple Regulators” concept and the “AdTrust 6-Check” framework to support a more systematic and careful approach to health communication.

On September 15, 2026, the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA) hosted its M2Ms TMWTA Monthly Online Meeting via Zoom, bringing together executives, business owners, healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs representing more than 20 organizations in the health and wellness sector.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the introduction and demonstration of AdTrust.ai by ArokaGO, a Thailand Medical & Wellness Tourism Platform that connects patients and health consumers with hospitals, clinics, health and wellness centers, and related service providers, supporting access to healthcare information and services in Thailand.
From Health Marketing to AI-Assisted Pre-Screening
ArokaGO is developing AdTrust.ai as an AI-powered tool to support the preliminary review of advertising messages and content related to medical services, health products, food and pharmaceuticals before they are published through online channels.
The project was initiated after Aroka GO Co., Ltd. received funding from Thailand’s Thai Media Fund for fiscal year 2026 under the project titled “AdTrust.ai: AI Platform for Verifying the Accuracy and Safety of Advertising Media for Medical Services, Health Products, Food and Pharmaceuticals.”
The project is being implemented from April 29, 2026 to April 28, 2027.
During the meeting, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul, CEO & Co-Founder of ArokaGO, Chair of Public Relations and Marketing, and Executive Committee Member of TMWTA, delivered a presentation titled “Health Marketing, Advertising Compliance & AI-Assisted Pre-Screening.”
The presentation highlighted the growing complexity of health marketing and digital communication. A single piece of content may involve multiple dimensions, including healthcare services, health products, advertising claims, pricing and promotions, as well as messages that could influence how consumers understand or interpret the advertisement.
“One Post, Multiple Regulators”: Health Advertising Goes Beyond Prohibited Words
One of the key concepts introduced during the presentation was “One Post, Multiple Regulators,” reflecting the reality that a single piece of healthcare-related content may contain elements that fall within more than one regulatory framework.
For example, one promotional post may simultaneously contain information about a medical service, claims about potential outcomes, references to health products, pricing, promotional offers and messages that consumers may interpret differently from what the advertiser intended.
As a result, reviewing health-related content can be more complex than simply searching for “prohibited words.” The broader context, supporting evidence, language and overall presentation may also need to be considered before publication.
“AdTrust 6-Check” Introduces a Systematic Framework for Content Review
The presentation also introduced the “AdTrust 6-Check” framework, designed to help businesses review health-related content across six key dimensions:
Claim · Evidence · Language · Product/Service · Price & Promotion · Consumer Interpretation
The framework encourages Content and Marketing teams to examine what claims are being made, what evidence supports those claims, how language is being used, what type of product or service is being promoted, whether pricing or promotional elements are involved, and importantly, how consumers may interpret the advertisement as a whole.
This approach places emphasis not only on the words written by an advertiser, but also on the meaning that may emerge from the combination of different elements within the content.
ArokaGO Demonstrates AdTrust.ai and Invites Feedback From Real Users
A key part of the event was the official introduction and demonstration of AdTrust.ai, which is being developed around the concept of AI-assisted pre-screening.
The platform is designed to help businesses and Content/Marketing teams conduct preliminary content reviews in a more systematic way, identify claims or statements that may require further consideration, and establish a more careful workflow before content is released to the public.
Feedback from businesses participating in the Free Pilot Test will also be incorporated into the platform’s development to help ensure that AdTrust.ai better reflects real-world workflows and user requirements.
“The goal of AdTrust.ai is not to use AI to decide whether an advertisement is right or wrong. Instead, AI serves as an assistant for preliminary screening, helping businesses identify issues that may require further consideration before content is published,” said Asst. Prof. Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul, Project Leader of AdTrust.ai.
ArokaGO Expands Its Role Across the Health Marketing and Digital Health Communication Ecosystem
The introduction of AdTrust.ai represents another step in ArokaGO’s development as a Thailand Medical & Wellness Tourism Platform.
Beyond connecting patients and health consumers with healthcare and wellness providers, ArokaGO is extending the application of technology to support the broader ecosystem of medical, health and wellness businesses.
By applying AI to Health Marketing and Digital Health Communication, the project aims to address practical challenges faced by businesses in their day-to-day content workflows, particularly during the review stage before information is made publicly available.
Importantly, AdTrust.ai is a preliminary screening support tool (AI-assisted pre-screening), not an advertising approval system. It does not replace regulatory review, official authorization processes, legal requirements or guidance from relevant regulatory authorities.
AdTrust.ai is therefore positioned as an additional “check before publishing” tool helping businesses identify issues that may deserve closer review and encouraging a more careful approach to health-related content before it reaches consumers.
