The Thai Lifestyle Medicine Association is preparing to host the global conference “Lifestyle Medicine and Wellbeing World Congress 2026,” bringing together international experts to drive behavior change toward sustainable health and wellbeing.
Thailand is set to become a major global hub for health learning with the hosting of the Lifestyle Medicine and Wellbeing World Congress 2026, to be held under the main theme “The Power of Partnerships.” The congress aims to build collaborative networks to translate lifestyle medicine knowledge into real-world practice, enhancing quality of life for people at large and driving tangible, sustainable health transformation.

This conference represents a significant opportunity for participants to gain a global perspective through the shared experiences of distinguished speakers and international experts. They will present best practices and firsthand insights into advancing lifestyle medicine within their respective national contexts. The program will cover real-world successes, contemporary challenges, and the shared commitment to transforming health behaviors among populations worldwide.
Key highlights of the congress will focus on inspiring new ideas for modifying everyday lifestyle behaviors—the core of lifestyle medicine—including nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. These elements are essential to achieving sustainable wellbeing and reducing the risk of non-communicable chronic diseases. In addition, in-depth workshops will be offered, enabling participants to apply the knowledge directly to their professional practice and personal health management.
Those interested in being part of the movement toward a healthier society are invited to attend the congress from 1–3 March 2026 at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok. Beyond academic knowledge exchange, the congress will serve as a vital platform for building health partnerships aimed at driving meaningful change at both policy and practical levels in the future.
