We offer four types of sleep tests (polysomnography) that adhere to the rigorous standards of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Each test is designed to provide an accurate diagnosis tailored to different sleep disorder concerns:

Sleep Test Type 1 – Comprehensive Technician-Attended Polysomnography

- Conducted in a specialized facility or at home with a trained technician present throughout the night.

- Measures seven key physiological signals, including brain waves, muscle activity, eye movement, heart rhythm, oxygen levels, and respiratory patterns.

- Most accurate and detailed sleep test available.

Sleep Test Type 2 – Comprehensive-Unattended Portable Polysomnography

- Provides near-equivalent accuracy to Type 1 but without overnight technician supervision.

- Conducted at home with a medical professional assisting with device setup.

- Measures twelve physiological indicators, including brain waves, eye movement, breathing patterns, and sleep stages.

- Price: 10,990 THB (excluding technician travel costs).

Sleep Test Type 3 – Home-Based Sleep Apnea Screening

- Designed for individuals at high risk of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).

- Includes self-administered testing with a portable device that tracks breathing patterns, oxygen levels, and sleep posture.

Sleep Test Type 4 – Belun Ring (FDA Approved)

- A compact, wearable screening tool for sleep apnea and overall sleep quality assessment.
