The Child's Health Center at Bangkok Hospital is designed to provide comprehensive care for children in a warm and engaging environment. Our team of over 50 pediatric specialists, specialized nurses, and therapists are dedicated to working closely with your family to ensure the best possible care for your child. With 20 examination rooms available 24 hours a day, we are equipped to meet the needs of children from infancy through their teenage years. 

 

Our pediatric services cover a wide range of specialties, including gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, psychiatry, neurology, orthopedic, endocrinology, urology, hematology, oncology, and dentistry. Whether you need a regular checkup or have concerns about your child's nutrition, sleep, or behavior, our pediatric specialists are here to provide the necessary care and support. 

We also offer specialized services to meet specific needs: 

• Child Development: Our Child Development Neuropsychiatric Clinic (CDNC) provides specialist assessments and support for children and young people with additional needs such as communication, behavior, and learning. Our multi-professional team works with you to identify your child's needs and develop effective strategies and programs to help them reach their full potential. We offer developmental assessments for children aged 1 month to 5 years, measuring aspects such as cognition, motor skills, language, and executive functions. 

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Our NICU provides specialized care for newborn babies who require intensive medical attention. This includes premature babies, low birth weight infants, infants with respiratory distress, birth defects, and other conditions. Our neonatal specialist teams are available 24 hours a day and provide comprehensive care, including vital signs monitoring, infection control, respiratory function monitoring, nutrition, and developmental support. 

• Endocrine Testing: We offer endocrine testing for conditions such as obesity, diabetes mellitus, growth hormone deficiency, and precocious puberty. Our specialized testing includes oral glucose tolerance tests, growth hormone deficiency screenings, and ACTH stimulation tests. 

• Vaccination Program: We provide a comprehensive vaccination program to protect children from diseases such as diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, hepatitis A and B, measles, mumps, rubella, meningococcal, human papillomavirus, influenza, rotavirus, and varicella. 

• Pediatric Emergency Service: Our Child's Health Center offers a 24-hour pediatric transfer service to provide immediate medical care for children in emergency situations.
