• The standard nose length is one-third of the face length. 

• The width of the alar (nostrils) is one-fifth of the face. 

• The distance between the nose and mouth should be in a 1:1.6 ratio. 

• The start of the nose should ideally be at eyelash level. 

• The slope or height should be between 36-40 degrees, with the angle between the nose and forehead being between 135-140 degrees. 

• The angle between the nose and the upper lip should be between 90-95 degrees for men and 95-100 degrees for women. 

• The shape of the nostrils should be pea-shaped, with a ratio of 4:6 to the height of the tip of the nose.

Nose Augmentation: We can use your own tissues from the ribs or cartilage behind the ear, or external materials like medical-grade silicone, to enhance the shape of your nose. Our "Bangmod Techniques" ensure a natural-looking, softly curved bridge and a delicately teardrop-shaped tip. 

Alar Base Reduction: We can reduce the width of your nostrils to better fit your face. The procedure involves stitches on the inside of the nostrils, ensuring minimal visible scarring. This can be done in combination with nose augmentation. 

Blepharoplasty: For those with excessively wide and thick nasal wings, we can remove a portion of the wing to create a thinner, narrower shape. The incision is made from the inside, making the wound invisible from the outside. 

Nose Bridge Reduction: For individuals with a prominent nose bridge, we can refine and reduce its size to enhance facial harmony. This is especially common among individuals of European descent. The procedure involves smoothing the bridge of the nose and, if necessary, reducing the width of the nose base.
