Breastfeeding Clinic

We prioritize lactation and provide comprehensive care and support for breastfeeding mothers and their infants. Our experienced team of physicians, obstetricians, and gynecologists is committed to promoting successful breastfeeding and addressing any concerns or obstacles that mothers may face. 

In preparation for lactation, our obstetricians and neonatal specialists examine the breasts of expectant mothers at least twice during pregnancy, at 24 and 34 weeks gestation.   

We instruct mothers in a variety of holding positions and latching techniques to facilitate a successful and comfortable lactation experience. We offer advice on how to introduce feeding bottles to infants in order to mitigate the problem of nipple confusion and ensure a smooth transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding. 

To facilitate mothers who may need to express milk for a variety of reasons, we teach techniques for milk expression and storage. We provide advice and guidance to help mothers establish and increase their milk supply, ensuring that their infants have access to an ample and nutrient-rich milk supply. 

Our team is committed to assisting mothers in overcoming common lactation difficulties, such as breast tenderness, cracked nipples, engorgement, and other potential issues. 

In addition, our Breastfeeding Clinic offers a dedicated counseling line that operates 24 hours a day, providing support and guidance to mothers with breastfeeding questions or concerns.
