Phitsanuwet Phichit Hospital

Phitsanuwet Phichit Hospital, originally known as Sahavej Hospital, is a pioneering healthcare institution located in Phichit, Thailand. The hospital was established on October 15, 1990, by Union Phichit Medical Co., Ltd, making it the first private hospital in the Phichit region.  

The establishment of the hospital was a collective initiative,  raised a registered capital of 18 million baht. The hospital was first named "Sahavej Hospital" and began its operations with a 4-story building set on approximately 4 rai of land, equipped with 60 beds.  The hospital marked a significant milestone in June 1991 by opening a computed tomography center, which was the first of its kind in the Phichit Province. 

In 2018, Sahavej Hospital underwent a significant transformation. The hospital was renamed as Phitsanuwet Phichit Hospital and came under the management of Principal Healthcare Public Company Limited, a leading healthcare company in Thailand. The change brought about a significant expansion in the hospital's capabilities. Today, Phitsanuwet Phichit Hospital boasts a team of over 60 doctors and has ties to more than 10 hospitals in the Principal Healthcare network.
