• GENERAL X-RAY, uses low-energy X-rays to photograph the organs of the patient, that can x-ray all bodily parts, including the head, chest, belly, bones, etc. 

• PORTABLE X-RAY is the use of low energy X-rays and imaging the patient's organs, which can transfer the X-ray equipment to different places to patients, such as hospital bed X-rays, critical care unit X-rays, operating room X-rays, etc.  

• CT Scan 16 Slice is a high-speed computed tomography machine with 16 slices, resulting in high-contrast images, rapid, accurate diagnosis, and the ability to X-ray all human organs.  

• MAMMOGRAM is the direct use of a low-energy x-ray machine to X-ray the mammary region, allowing some patients to identify cancer before palpation.  

• Ultrasound is a diagnostic technique that employs the reflection of high-frequency sound waves to create an image displayed on the screen, which is a secure method because it does not use radiation. It is safe for children and pregnant women and can be used to examine many sections of the body, including: 1. head and neck ultrasound examinations, such as fetal brain ultrasounds, thyroid and neck lymph nodes, and thyroid and neck lymph nodes. 2. ultrasonography examination of the breast 3. An ultrasound examination of the upper abdomen, including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidney, spleen, abdominal lymph nodes, etc. 4. Ultrasound examination of the lower abdomen, including the uterus, ovaries, bladder, prostate, and appendix if pregnant 5. ultrasound of various body areas in cases of suspected suspicious lumps.  

• A fluroscope is an X-ray device used to examine the digestive tract, urinary tract, uterus, and fallopian tubes, among other organs. The patient's X-ray images will be presented on the monitor screen.  

• Checker for bone density (Bone Density) used to diagnose osteoporosis. This device can evaluate bone density to determine whether the state of the bones is normal or severe osteoporosis.  

 

Our hospital is equipped with a digital image archiving and communication system (PACS) that facilitates the connection of radiology equipment to a standard computer for diagnostic purposes. Several our hospital departments can view images obtained from a variety of radiology equipment via a computerized process. The name of this system is Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). This system stores a variety of radiographic images. It is a computer file that makes it easy to use or store, preventing the hospital from wasting storage space and allowing it to store patient data for a long time and compare the diagnosis with prior data, which is useful in the event of a patient's urgent need.  

 

For instance, patients who have had an accident while receiving x-rays and clinicians who treat patients in other departments or using x-rays would be able to view images simultaneously without having to wait for film delivery.
