What is Filler?

Filler is a substance called Hyaluronic Acid (HA) a highly stable dermal filler naturally found in the body. HA helps restore facial volume, improve skin hydration, and smooth deep lines and wrinkles.

It enhances facial fullness, giving the skin a plump, radiant appearance. Certain types of fillers also help stimulate collagen production, restoring lost structural support and creating a more youthful look in a short period of time.

Since Hyaluronic Acid is naturally present in the body, it is:

• Safe

• Non-allergenic

• Biodegradable

• Gradually absorbed without leaving residue

At Skin Dream Clinic, we use premium fillers:

• Restylane (Sweden)

• Belotero (Switzerland)

Both are approved by the Thai FDA and meet international safety standards.

Areas Suitable for Filler Injection

Pre-Treatment Preparation

Avoid supplements or vitamins that may increase bleeding risk for at least 1 week prior to treatment, such as:

• Vitamin C

• Fish oil

• Ginkgo biloba

• Gingko extract

• And similar supplements

Procedure Duration

Filler injections typically take 30–60 minutes.

Results are visible immediately after treatment, with optimal and more defined results appearing within approximately 2 weeks.

Results & Longevity

Results can last between 6 months to 2 years or longer, depending on:

• Type of filler used

• Area treated

• Individual skin condition

• Aftercare practices

• Individual response

Results may vary from person to person.

Aftercare Instructions

1. Drink plenty of water (2–3 liters per day).

2. Avoid exercise for 24 hours.

3. Avoid alcohol for 3 days.

4. Avoid facial massage, pressure, exfoliation, steam, laser treatments, or heat exposure for 2 weeks.

If swelling, redness, or bruising occurs, apply ice packs during the first 1–2 days after injection.
