Ubonrak Thonburi Hospital offers early cancer detection services for patients who do not yet show symptoms of the disease. Ubonrak Thonburi Hospital is currently constructing a new building for Wellness and Cancer Center, which will provide radiation therapy using a Linac (linear accelerator) machine. This will enable the hospital to offer comprehensive cancer treatment services by the end of 2025.

Cancer markers detection: Liver cancer marker (AFP), colon cancer marker (CEA), prostate cancer marker (PSA), ovarian cancer marker (CA 125), breast cancer marker (CA 15-3), pancreatic and bile duct cancer marker (CA 19-9), liver cell abnormalities (Gamma GT).

Early lung cancer detection: Using Low-Dose CT Scan Chest to check for abnormalities in the lungs and heart.

Cervical cancer screening: HPV virus detection and ThinPrep Pap test.

Breast cancer screening: Digital Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound.

Colon cancer screening: Colonoscopy.
