Hemodialysis Department

The Hemodialysis Center at Vibhavadi Hospital is committed to delivering top-tier, family-oriented care to our patients. Our comprehensive services encompass everything from diagnostic examinations to hemodialysis treatments, all under the expert guidance of our skilled nephrologists and nephrology nurses. Ensuring our standards are of the highest quality, our center has been accredited by the Nephrology Society of Thailand. 

In our commitment to offer optimal patient care, we've equipped our Hemodialysis Center with advanced, imported hemodialysis machines, including the JMS Machine. This machine is autoclaved after each use and maintained on a strict schedule to ensure its optimal operation. Furthermore, we utilize a Reverse Osmosis System (RO System) to produce clean and pure water, a critical requirement for hemodialysis. This system meets international standards set by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and is routinely inspected, cultured, and autoclaved. Our services comply with the stringent ISO 9001: 2009, HA, and JCI standards. We operate with 20 Hemodialysis Machines. 

Our service fees (effective from November 1, 2015) are: 

First Hemodialysis: 3,400 Baht (Including nephrologist fees) 

Dialyser Opening: 1,200 Baht 

Standard Hemodialysis: 2,200 Baht per session 

Hemodialysis (ICU): 4,700 Baht per session 

Government officials can get a full refund of 2,000 baht, while those with social security can receive a refund of 1,500 baht. Please note that these costs do not include medications and fees for additional diagnoses. 

  

Our services include: 

• Hemodialysis for patients with acute and chronic renal failure 

• Overtime and emergency hemodialysis, including for ICU patients, available 24 hours 

• Venous and Arterial Surgeries or Temporary Vascular Access for Hemodialysis at the Department of Vascular Surgery 

• Hemodialysis service for foreign tourists at normal rates 

The Hemodialysis Unit is located on the 9th Floor of Building 2 at Vibhavadi Hospital. We operate from Monday to Saturday, with opening hours from 06.00 to 19.30. Hemodialysis is administered in three rounds per day, except on Thursdays, where we offer two rounds: 

Morning: 06.00 a.m. – 10.45 a.m. 

Afternoon: 10.00 a.m. – 15.00 p.m. 

Evening: 14.00 p.m. – 19.00 p.m. 

The Hemodialysis Center at Vibhavadi Hospital offers top-tier hemodialysis services for acute and chronic renal failure, including emergency care, equipped with advanced machines and strict quality protocols. Available to locals and tourists, the center operates Mon-Sat with expert staff, ensuring optimal patient care.
