Wellness and Occupational Health Center

At Vibhavadi Hospital, we value the health and wellbeing of our employees. As such, we've established a comprehensive wellness and occupational health service within our hospital facilities. Our dedicated team of professionals provide holistic care that aligns with the Control of Occupational Diseases and Environmental Diseases Protocol for Private Hospitals, as set out by the Department of Disease Control and the Ministry of Health, as well as the 2P safety protocol from the Healthcare Accreditation Institute. 

Our mission is to minimize and control health risks faced by our employees and stakeholders, while improving the efficiency of our health services. We aim to create a safer working environment and raise awareness of the importance of employee wellbeing within organizations. To support this mission, we have developed our occupational health and safety policy and encourage all areas of our organization to participate. Each sector of our hospital has its own occupational health volunteer (VOL). 

Our Services Include: 

• General Health Services: Including wellness programs and health screening programs, as well as programs tailored to seniors. 

• Vaccine Prevention Services: Offering seasonal vaccines and travel, work, and school vaccinations. 

• Occupational Health Check-Up Services: Specialized check-ups designed for different occupations, provided by our occupational medicine staff. These include check-ups for offshore/onshore workers, confined work environment employees, and navy crew. 

• Specific Check-Ups: Including hearing, vision, and pulmonary function testing. 

• Occupational Health Services: Such as Pre-Employment Health Examinations, Pre-Placement Health Examinations, and Assessments for various work environments, including offshore fields, professional driving, high altitude environments, seaman positions, and indoor environments. 

• Other Services: Including periodic health examinations, retirement health examinations, return to work assessments, work-related injury and illness investigations and prevention, occupational health prevention programs, health promotion programs, and occupational health consultation.

Vibhavadi Hospital offers comprehensive employee wellness and occupational health services, including general health and screening programs, vaccine prevention, specialized occupational check-ups, and specific tests. We also provide various occupational health services, assessments, and health promotion initiatives.
