Welcome to the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Computed Tomography at Wattanapat Hospital Samui!

Our department is equipped with advanced imaging technologies and staffed by experienced radiologists and technicians who specialize in diagnostic radiology and computed tomography (CT). We are committed to providing accurate and comprehensive imaging services to aid in the diagnosis and management of various medical conditions.

Our department offers the following services:

Diagnostic Radiology: We perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures using techniques such as X-rays, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound. These imaging modalities allow us to visualize and evaluate different parts of the body, providing valuable information to aid in the diagnosis of conditions affecting the bones, organs, and soft tissues.
Computed Tomography (CT): Our state-of-the-art CT scanner produces detailed cross-sectional images of the body, enabling us to obtain a comprehensive view of internal structures. CT scans are particularly useful in diagnosing and evaluating conditions such as tumors, injuries, infections, and vascular diseases. We prioritize patient safety and ensure that CT scans are performed with the lowest possible radiation dose.
Specialized Imaging: We offer specialized imaging services, including contrast-enhanced studies and interventional procedures. These procedures may involve the administration of contrast agents to provide clearer visualization of specific areas or the guidance of imaging techniques during minimally invasive procedures, such as biopsies or drainages.
Image Interpretation and Reporting: Our team of radiologists is highly skilled in interpreting and analyzing medical images. They provide detailed reports and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment planning.
