The event commenced with an opening address by Dr. Yongyuth Mayalarb, MD., Former Spokesperson for the Office of the Prime Minister. He also delivered a keynote speech on "Effective Communication, Conflict Management, Empathy for Internal Patients,” offering valuable insights to hospital and clinic executives, as well as medical personnel. 

Dr. med. Prapa Wongphaet, President of the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), presided over the award ceremony. In addition to the award ceremony, the event featured an enlightening academic seminar and panel session under the theme “Medical Liability Insurance and Case Studies.” The objectives of the seminar and panel session were to educate healthcare providers on the significance and statistical insights of professional liability insurance through various case studies, to understand the main components and coverage options of liability insurance, and to recommend suitable financial risk management strategies for medical professionals.
