ArokaGO and TMWTA Unveil the 3rd ArokaGO Star Award: Celebrating Excellence in Healthcare and Wellness

[Bangkok, December 2, 2023] – The ArokaGO platform, in collaboration with the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), proudly hosted the 3rd ArokaGO Star Award Ceremony on December 2, 2023. The prestigious event took place at the Sarocha Venue, Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada, and witnessed esteemed dignitaries, healthcare leaders, and industry experts in attendance. 

 

The event commenced with an opening address by Paula Punnaporn Wongjunpen, President of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE Thailand). Ms. Wongjunpen also delivered a keynote speech on "Synergizing Medical and Wellness Tourism with Incentive Traveling," offering valuable insights to hospital, clinic, and spa business executives, as well as medical personnel. 

 

Dr. med. Prapa Wongphaet, President of the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), presided over the award ceremony. Dr. Wongphaet presented the highly coveted ArokaGO Star Award to establishments that have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the fields of medical, public health, and wellness services. The esteemed panel of judges assessed nominees based on three key criteria: Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Sustainable Business Process. The award recipients were recognized for their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare and wellness services to their clients. In addition to the award ceremony, the event featured an enlightening academic seminar under the theme "Healthcare Transformation: Wellness, Tourism, & Data-Driven Strategies." Esteemed speakers shared their expertise and insights, including: 

Asst. Prof. Patana Teng-umnuay, Dean, College of Integrative Medicine (CIM), Dhurakij Pundit University, who spoke on "Wellness is Healthcare is Not Sickcare." 

Dr. Prapa Wongphaet, President of the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association, who discussed "The Integration of Wellness Services in Medical Tourism: Strategies for Management Team." 

Dr. Tawin Iempridee, CEO, CTO & Co-Founder of KronoLife and Senior Researcher at NANOTEC, NSTDA, who presented "Breakthrough Innovations Targeting Aging's Root Causes for Enhanced Beauty, Health, and Longevity." 

Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul, CEO & Co-founder of ArokaGO Platform, who shared insights on "Data-Driven Business Strategies for Healthcare Providers." 

In his closing remarks, Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul emphasized ArokaGO's ultimate goal: "To become one of the leading platforms for medical and wellness tourism in Thailand and create a positive and sustainable impact on the Thai economy."
