Bangkok, Thailand – ArokaGO, the leading Thai medical and health tourism platform, proudly participated in the Startup x Innovation Thailand Expo 2024 (SITE2024), a highlight of the MHESI Fair, from July 22-28, 2024, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), is the largest annual showcase of science, technology, and innovation in Thailand.

The National Innovation Agency (NIA) spearheaded SITE2024 under the theme "Innovation for Growth and Sustainability," with Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, inaugurating the event. SITE2024 featured prominently in the MHESI Fair's "SCI POWER FOR FUTURE THAILAND" in Zone C STARTUP LAUNCHPAD, emphasizing science, technology, and innovation for startups and emerging entrepreneurs. ArokaGO was among 15 projects from the central region selected to present their groundbreaking innovations and technologies.

Dr. Kulbut Komenkul, CEO and co-founder of ArokaGO, and an executive board member of the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), highlighted the platform's advancements, funded by the NIA. The team has completed the "Health Library Database," a comprehensive repository of diseases, symptoms, and treatments. Currently, they are developing the Tailored Care Marketplace system (Inquiry System), leveraging AI to match medical and wellness tourists with certified Thai service providers. This system is anticipated to launch in Q4 2024, aligning with government efforts to establish Thailand as a global Medical and Wellness Hub.

At SITE2024, Dr. Watanasak Chiamwattanachai, CTO and co-founder of ArokaGO, along with a dynamic team of developers and digital business experts, showcased the platform’s capabilities. Team members included Mr. Wasan Indee, Mr. Yossapon Plodwong, Mr. Nonthachai Maiobchoei, Mr. Ratchanon Longsakul, Miss Phoo Pyae Pyae Soe, and Mr. Chan Min Myat. They engaged with potential partners, researchers, academics, and the public, demonstrating ArokaGO’s initial features and innovations. Dr. Watanasak emphasized the importance of the Intelligence for Tailored Marketplace Matching system and ArokaGO Intelligence system in connecting service recipients with health service providers efficiently. Additionally, the team is developing the ArokaGO Mobile Application to enhance accessibility and convenience for users.
