Panic Disorder is a condition that causes individuals to experience intense anxiety or panic attacks, even without facing any real danger. Although the condition is not life-threatening, it can significantly impact daily activities such as driving, working, or using elevators.
7 Common Symptoms of Panic Disorder:
1. Heart palpitations, pounding heart, or racing heart
2. Shortness of breath, tightness in the chest
3. Sweating, shaking, trembling hands and feet
4. Nausea, stomach upset
5. Dizziness, lightheadedness
6. Numbness in the tips of the hands and feet
7. Fear of losing control or fear of dying
Panic attacks usually begin suddenly, with symptoms lasting from 1 to 10 minutes. In some cases, symptoms may persist for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you experience these symptoms several times a week, it is important to consult a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
