Bangkok is set to welcome global leaders in health and wellbeing as it hosts the Lifestyle Medicine and Wellbeing World Congress 2026, taking place from March 1–3, 2026, at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam.

Organized by the Thai Lifestyle Medicine and Wellbeing Association, the congress aims to serve as a major international platform for the exchange of knowledge, research, and best practices in lifestyle medicine. The event will spotlight evidence-based approaches to behavior change, preventive healthcare, and innovations that promote sustainable wellbeing across all stages of life.

The three-day congress will bring together renowned speakers and experts from around the world to address pressing global health challenges, including population aging, mental health, child and youth wellbeing, nutrition, sleep health, environmental risks such as PM2.5 air pollution, and the growing role of mindfulness in the digital era.

Three Days of In-Depth Global Dialogue

          - March 1, 2026 – The opening day will feature international perspectives on lifestyle medicine, including insights from Brazil, alongside discussions on healthy longevity, active aging, lifestyle medicine in higher education, nutrition and food-focused talks and workshops, plant-based nutrition for longevity, stress management, sustainable happiness, and mindfulness as a driver of future health.

          - March 2, 2026 – Sessions will explore the global wellbeing outlook, nutrition as a core pillar of lifestyle medicine, human lifestyles over the next half-century, executive leadership and mindfulness, holistic youth development, mental health, longevity science, childhood stress, essential skills for the next generation, e-cigarette risks among youth, and pediatric nutrition.

          - March 3, 2026 – The final day will highlight women’s health empowerment, sleep and longevity, health impacts of insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders, sleep hygiene, stories of happiness, PM2.5 health risks, an international panel on cross-country collaboration for global wellbeing, interdisciplinary and multicultural partnerships, physical activity promotion from past to present, and a hands-on workshop on lifestyle medicine as a new frontier for clinical and business innovation.

Organizers expect the congress to strengthen collaboration among healthcare professionals, academics, business leaders, and policymakers—positioning Thailand as a regional hub for lifestyle medicine knowledge and global wellbeing leadership.
