ArokaGO, a Thai medical and wellness tourism platform, continues to advance digital innovation to position Thailand as a global Medical & Wellness Hub. By integrating artificial intelligence (AI), ArokaGO now supports multilingual management and translation in over 13 languages  including English (en), Simplified Chinese (zh-hans), Spanish (es), Arabic (ar), French (fr), Russian (ru), Portuguese (pt / pt-br), Hindi (hi), Japanese (ja), Korean (ko), German (de), Indonesian (id), and Burmese (my). This development aims to break language barriers and make it easier for international patients to access accurate and reliable information about Thailand’s healthcare and wellness services in their own language.

 

 

ArokaGO was founded to address two major challenges: the lack of a reliable and user-friendly platform for international patients, and the need for Thai clinics and hospitals to transition toward digitalization and global service expansion. Today, ArokaGO has become a Digital Certified Healthcare Directory that connects patients worldwide with certified healthcare providers in Thailand. It also features an in-house developed Smart Chat system and direct communication channels between patients and providers through platforms such as LINE, phone, email, WhatsApp, and WeChat.

Beyond its technological achievements, ArokaGO received funding in 2024 from the National Innovation Agency (NIA) under the Open Innovation Program to develop an AI Matching System that accurately connects patients with suitable providers, a large-scale Healthcare Library, and the ArokaGO Mobile Application for both Thai healthcare providers and international medical tourists. In 2025, ArokaGO also received additional funding from the Technology and Innovation-Based Enterprise Development Fund (TED Fund) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation through the TED Market Scaling Up Project to test system performance and expand its commercial market reach.

Most recently, ArokaGO was ranked 16th among the Top 30 Medical Tourism Blogs and Websites 2025 by Feedspot, selected from hundreds of websites worldwide. The ranking considered content quality, consistency, follower engagement, and overall influence. Feedspot serves over 4 million users across 150 countries, attracting more than 2.6 million website visits per month.
