On June 28, 2025, the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), in collaboration with the ArokaGO platform, hosted the “ArokaGO Star Award 2025” ceremony at the Phra Siva Conference Hall, Asawin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok. The event aimed to recognize and honor outstanding organizations in the fields of healthcare, medical services, and wellness tourism that meet international quality and service standards.

On June 28, 2025, the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), in collaboration with the ArokaGO platform, hosted the “ArokaGO Star Award 2025” ceremony at the Phra Siva Conference Hall, Asawin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok. The event aimed to recognize and honor outstanding organizations in the fields of healthcare, medical services, and wellness tourism that meet international quality and service standards.

The event began with a special lecture on “Effective and Empathic Communication in International Settings” delivered by Capt. Dr. Yongyuth Mayalarp, President of the Thai Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Association and Honorary Advisor to TMWTA. His keynote highlighted the critical role of empathetic and effective communication in global contexts, emphasizing the need for Thai medical professionals and healthcare administrators to be well-prepared for serving international health and wellness tourists.
The awards presentation followed, with Capt. Dr. Yongyuth Mayalarp representing the association’s president to present accolades to facilities that excelled in three key criteria: service quality, customer experience, and business sustainability—reflecting internationally trusted standards.
This year, 16 outstanding healthcare and wellness facilities received the ArokaGO Star Award 2025:
- Healthi-Life Longevity Center
- Medtopia Integrative Medical Center
- Nymphs Nursing Home and Wellness
The ceremony was also graced by several special guests, including Ussanee Malisuwan, Associate Dean for Administration of Rangsit University’s International College, as well as Jirayu Jubbang and Pharapat Neelapat, former news anchors from MCOT, who helped announce the award recipients and extend their congratulations.
Asst.Prof.Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul, co-founder of the ArokaGO platform and board member of TMWTA, introduced ArokaGO as a digital platform designed to seamlessly integrate healthcare, medical, and wellness tourism services for both Thai and international travelers. ArokaGO supports users throughout the journey—from discovering certified medical facilities, matching patients with suitable providers, to coordinating with specialized healthcare teams. Its mission is to position Thailand as the leading hub for medical and wellness tourism in Asia through effective use of technology and innovation.
