Diagnostic Criteria for Osteoarthritis:

• Persistent knee pain.

• Radiographic evidence of bone spurs.

Supporting indicators include:

- Age over 50 years.

- Morning stiffness lasting less than 30 minutes.

- Rustling sound during knee movement, indicating friction of the joint lining, thickened ligaments, or rough cartilage.
