The "Deep Body Scrub & Aromatherapy Massage" at VLA MOON SPA & MASSAGE is a comprehensive and rejuvenating treatment designed to exfoliate the skin thoroughly while simultaneously providing deep relaxation and nourishment through an aromatherapy oil massage. It's a two-in-one service that significantly benefits both skin health and overall well-being.

Duration & Pricing: This service is offered in three extended durations, allowing for a thorough scrub and a substantial massage:

120 minutes: THB 1,900
150 minutes: THB 2,200
180 minutes: THB 2,400

Special Note: Children aged 8-16 receive half price. This suggests that the body scrub is gentle enough for younger skin, and the aromatherapy massage can be adapted for a younger demographic, possibly with lighter pressure and more focus on relaxation.

Key Characteristics and Benefits:

Two-Phase Treatment: This service is divided into two distinct, yet complementary, phases:
1. Deep Body Scrub:
  - Exfoliation: This is the primary function. A specialized scrub (likely containing natural exfoliants like sea salt, sugar, or finely ground seeds/nuts mixed with oils) is applied to the entire body. The abrasive particles gently but effectively remove dead skin cells, rough patches, and impurities from the skin's surface.
  - Smoother Skin Texture: By removing dead skin cells, the scrub immediately reveals newer, healthier skin underneath, resulting in a noticeably smoother, softer, and more refined skin texture.
  - Improved Skin Tone and Radiance: Exfoliation helps to even out skin tone and can reduce the appearance of dullness, leading to a more radiant and luminous complexion.
  - Prepares Skin for Absorption: Removing the outer layer of dead skin allows subsequent products (like the massage oil) to be absorbed more efficiently, maximizing their benefits.
  - Stimulates Circulation: The rubbing motion of the scrub also helps to stimulate blood flow to the skin's surface, contributing to a healthy glow.
2. Aromatherapy Massage:
  - Deep Relaxation: Following the invigorating scrub, a soothing aromatherapy oil massage is performed. This phase focuses on calming the nervous system, relieving muscle tension, and inducing a state of deep relaxation.
  - Nourishment and Hydration: The aromatherapy oil deeply moisturizes and nourishes the freshly exfoliated skin, locking in hydration and leaving the skin feeling supple and smooth.
  - Therapeutic Scents: The essential oils in the aromatherapy blend provide additional therapeutic benefits (e.g., calming lavender, invigorating citrus, or muscle-soothing peppermint/eucalyptus, as seen in VLA MOON's oil options). These scents enhance the overall relaxation and well-being.
Enhanced Skin Health: The combination of exfoliation and nourishing massage significantly improves the overall health and appearance of the skin, making it look and feel rejuvenated.
Full Body Rejuvenation: This service offers a head-to-toe renewal, addressing both physical relaxation and skin revitalization.
Stress Reduction: The complete experience, from the invigorating scrub to the calming massage and soothing aromas, is highly effective in reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, and promoting mental clarity.

Overall Experience:

A typical "Deep Body Scrub & Aromatherapy Massage" session would begin with the client on a massage table. The therapist would apply the body scrub, gently yet thoroughly massaging it over the entire body (excluding sensitive areas). This might involve rinsing off the scrub in a shower provided within the treatment room. Once the skin is clean and prepped, the client would return to the massage table for the full-body aromatherapy massage, using their chosen essential oil blend. The massage would be performed with flowing, rhythmic strokes, ensuring the skin absorbs the nourishing oil. The overall experience is designed to leave the client feeling incredibly clean, smooth, refreshed, and profoundly relaxed, with glowing, hydrated skin. This is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comprehensive skin pampering combined with a deeply relaxing massage.
