ArokaGO and TMWTA Present the ArokaGO Star Award 2024: Celebrating Excellence in Medical and Wellness

The event commenced with an opening address by Dr. Yongyuth Mayalarb, MD., Former Spokesperson for the Office of the Prime Minister. He also delivered a keynote speech on "Effective Communication, Conflict Management, Empathy for Internal Patients,” offering valuable insights to hospital and clinic executives, as well as medical personnel. 

Dr. med. Prapa Wongphaet, President of the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), presided over the award ceremony. Dr. Wongphaet presented the highly coveted ArokaGO Star Award to establishments that have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the fields of medical, public health, and wellness services. The esteemed panel of judges assessed nominees based on three key criteria: Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Sustainable Business Process. The award recipients were recognized for their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare and wellness services to their clients. 

In addition to the award ceremony, the event featured an enlightening academic seminar and panel session under the theme “Medical Liability Insurance and Case Studies.” The objectives of the seminar and panel session were to educate healthcare providers on the significance and statistical insights of professional liability insurance through various case studies, to understand the main components and coverage options of liability insurance, and to recommend suitable financial risk management strategies for medical professionals.
