Awarding the ArokaGO Star Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Award, Batch 2

Bangkok, Thailand – The Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA), in collaboration with ArokaGO Company Limited (ArokaGO), once again proudly presented the highly anticipated 2nd edition of the ArokaGO Star Award. This esteemed awards ceremony took place on August 28, 2023, at the luxurious Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada. The event celebrated excellence in medical and wellness tourism standards and featured an enlightening lecture by Ms. Suvita Charanwong, CEO, and co-founder of Tellscore Company Limited (Tellscore), a leading influencer marketing platform. 

Ms. Suvita's engaging presentation revolved around the theme "Digital Marketing Ecosystem & Key Trends." She delved into the transformative power of influencers in the healthcare services industry and illuminated the latest trends in digital marketing strategies. 

Dr. Med Prapa Wongphaet, President of the Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association, presided over the awards ceremony, bestowing the coveted ArokaGO Star Award upon 11 distinguished establishments that offer exceptional medical, public health, and wellness services. The honorees included ALINE Clinic, Dentalland Clinic Hat Yai, De Flora Spa, Medical Line Lab, Medtopia Integrative Medical Center, MUNARE Clinic, Plenary Wellness, Sargiski Clinic, The Parents Nursing Home, W1 Luxury Spa and Yada Aesthetics and Wellness Clinic. 

The ArokaGO Star Award selection committee assessed these establishments based on criteria such as Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Sustainable Business Processes. Moreover, the ArokaGO Star event featured an enlightening seminar titled "Seamless Healthcare Communication in the Digital Age." The seminar, aimed at updating knowledge for corporate executives and health service providers, was graced by the presence of Mr. Narin Tijayang, Director of the Department of Digital and Information Technology at the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Mr. Tijayang discussed "How Digital Transformation is Revolutionizing Medical and Wellness Tourism." 

Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul, Chief Executive Officer, and co-founder of ArokaGO, shared that the establishments receiving the ArokaGO Star Award would benefit from increased visibility on the ArokaGO platform. The platform would showcase various services provided by these awardees to a network of foreigners working in Thailand (Expats) and foreign medical and wellness tourists. Leveraging AI, the platform would generate and translate content in foreign languages, facilitate real-time chat, and offer video call appointments, all to enhance communication and accessibility.
