Kloss Wellness Clinic was registered on August 8, 2018, under the name "Healthy Secret Medical Center Co., Ltd.," founded by Mr. Phuwanat Kaewthip together with Mr. Kittikhom Yangyuen in 2018. Operations began under the name "Cross Clinic (KlossClinic)" on November 28, 2018, with the opening of the first branch in Bangna, Soi Sukhumvit 101/2, Bangna Subdistrict, Bangna District, Bangkok.

Initially, the clinic only offered cosmetic surgery services. Later, on June 5, 2019, it expanded to provide knee osteoarthritis treatment services using cell therapy, emphasizing holistic health care, both internally and externally, with a focus on treatments without chemical drugs and without surgery, performed by doctors specializing directly in knee joints. This expansion was driven by the fact that Thailand was entering an aging society in 2019, with 70% of the population aged 60 and over, making osteoarthritis a common condition, mostly found in patients aged 40 and above.

Furthermore, at that time in Thailand, there was a lack of hospitals or clinics offering non-surgical treatment for osteoarthritis. The primary treatment option was surgery. For this reason, we decided to specialize in providing treatment specifically for osteoarthritis to offer patients with this condition an alternative treatment option.

We have since expanded with a second branch in Lat Phrao, Soi Nakniwat 18, Lat Phrao Subdistrict, Bangkok, on February 6, 2021, and a third branch in Muang Thong Thani, Bond Street, Ban Mai Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi, on June 9, 2022.
