The platform also features a Health Library with information on over 1,103 diseases. Over the past six months, the website has attracted more than 50,000 visitors, including international medical tourists and expatriates, averaging 100-200 visitors daily from around the world.
Lifestyle medicine emphasizes promoting and resolving health issues rooted in lifestyle choices through six pillars: whole food, plant-based diet, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management, smoking cessation, avoiding harmful substances, and fostering positive psychological outlooks and social connections. These principles are essential for treating non-communicable diseases and restoring health. The TMWTA and ArokaGO platform believe that cooperation among agencies involved in lifestyle medicine will significantly promote its application among healthcare professionals and the general public. This initiative aims to benefit not only Thai citizens but also medical tourists and expatriates, contributing to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
