<p>Recently, many have heard news about companies refusing to hire people aged 45 and above. This reflects the reality of Ageism age-based discrimination in labor markets both in Thailand and abroad.</p>

<p>But I see it differently.</p>

<p>Experience is invaluable life capital.</p>

<p>People aged 45+ have worked, failed, built teams, and solved complex problems countless times. These are treasures of wisdom not found in textbooks and most importantly, AI can never fully replace them.</p>

<p>AI is not a tool meant to replace humans. In another perspective, it is a wing that extends human capability but only for those who adapt. If we empower people 45+ with AI knowledge, they will no longer be seen as outdated.</p>

<h3><strong>Instead, they will transform into a Cyborg Workforce a hybrid of human experience and AI speed.</strong></h3>

<p>Imagine this:</p>

<p>This is a new force and it can truly happen.</p>

End-of-life decisions are never easy. When parents or loved ones express the wish not to be intubated, families often struggle between hope and acceptance. <strong>&ldquo;Doctor, if we don&rsquo;t put in a breathing tube, does that mean mom won&rsquo;t survive?&rdquo;</strong></p>

<p>The honest answer is <em>yes</em> &mdash; the chance of survival may be lower.<br />

<strong>&ldquo;In what condition does she want to survive?&rdquo;</strong></p>

<p>Modern medicine is no longer focused only on &ldquo;prolonging life.&rdquo; Instead, it emphasizes <em>quality of life</em> and, most importantly, <em>respecting the patient&rsquo;s wishes</em> about how they want their final days to be.</p>

<p>End-of-life choices are not permanent. If patients change their minds at any point, their new wishes should always be listened to with compassion, not just treated as a piece of paper.</p>
