Beyond Standard PRP, Towards Lasting Wellness

How Does Advanced PRP Boost Natural Healing?
Advanced PRP is a regenerative therapy that uses concentrated platelets extracted from your own blood. These platelets stimulate cell repair, collagen and elastin production naturally.
When combined with Hyaluronic Acid (HA), the treatment provides enhanced hydration, skin structure restoration and improved outcomes for both skin and joint health.

Who Should Consider Advanced PRP Therapy?
•    Those with thinning hair or hair loss who want follicle stimulation.
•    Patients with early-to-moderate osteoarthritis.
•    People experiencing chronic joint pain from overuse or sports.
•    Those with ligament or tendon injuries such as mild tears or inflammation.
•    Patients with degeneration of cartilage or meniscus.
•    Individuals with fine lines and mild skin laxity.
•    Anyone wishing to avoid steroids while choosing a safe, natural option.

Comprehensive Benefits of Advanced PRP
•    Osteoarthritis Care: Relieves pain, reduces inflammation, and repairs cartilage.
•    Ligament & Tendon Repair: Supports recovery from injuries and chronic pain.
•    Skin Rejuvenation & Anti-Aging: Stimulates collagen & elastin for firmer skin.
•    Hair Follicle Activation: Helps reduce thinning and hair loss.
•    Safety: Uses your own blood, free from synthetic substances, minimizing allergic risks.

How the Procedure Works
•    Blood Collection: A small amount of your blood is drawn, enough to process for platelet concentration.
•    Centrifugation: The blood is processed using a centrifuge to separate and concentrate PRP, the healing component rich in growth factors.
•    Injection: The concentrated PRP is then injected into targeted areas such as joints, tendons, or facial skin to promote tissue repair, collagen stimulation and inflammation reduction.
•    With Hyaluronic Acid: In Advanced PRP + HA, Hyaluronic Acid acts as a natural lubricant that reduces friction within the joints, improves flexibility and relieves pain in osteoarthritis. At the same time, it enhances skin hydration, supports structural rejuvenation and further strengthens the overall effectiveness of the treatment in both aesthetics and anti-aging.

Preparation Guidelines for Advanced PRP
•    Health Check: Consult your doctor to review your health, existing conditions, and current medications for maximum safety.
•    Stop Blood Thinners: Avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Omega-3 and Ginkgo at least 5–7 days before treatment to reduce bruising risk.
•    No Alcohol, Smoking & Caffeine: Refrain from alcohol and smoking for 24–48 hours and avoid caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks) at least 12–24 hours before, as these affect blood circulation and healing.
•    Hydrate & Rest: Stay hydrated and well-rested to prepare your body for collagen, elastin and tissue regeneration.
•    Skin & Joint Preparation: For joint treatments, avoid intense exercise or activities that put excessive stress on the joint before injection to minimize irritation. For skin treatments, refrain from makeup, laser procedures, or active skincare (AHA, BHA, Retinol) for 2–3 days prior.

Recovery Steps Following Advanced PRP
•    Rest & Avoid Pressure: After treatment, rest well and avoid putting pressure or overusing the treated area for at least 24–48 hours.
•    Avoid NSAIDs: Avoid NSAIDs such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen, as they may interfere with PRP’s healing effect. If pain relief is needed, Paracetamol is recommended.
•    No Alcohol, Smoking & Caffeine: Refrain from alcohol, smoking and caffeine for 24–48 hours after treatment to support circulation and cellular recovery.
•    Stay Hydrated: Stay well-hydrated to enhance cell repair and stimulate collagen and elastin production.
•    Avoid Strain & Heat Exposure: For joints/tendons: Avoid heavy exercise or overloading the joint for 1–2 weeks.
For skin: Avoid sauna, direct sunlight, laser, or harsh treatments for 3–5 days.

Advanced PRP as a Pathway to Comprehensive Rejuvenation
Advanced PRP and Advanced PRP + HA combine modern medical science with the body’s natural healing power. They restore skin, stimulate collagen & elastin, repair joints and cartilage, relieve chronic joint pain and reactivate hair follicles. This safe and natural therapy is an excellent choice for those seeking holistic rejuvenation, healthier joints and long-term wellness from the inside out.

“Monkeypox” Currently Spreading in Thailand: A Thai Traditional Medicine Perspective

In today’s world, where we continue to face the spread of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases such as monkeypox, understanding diseases through multiple perspectives can help us respond more comprehensively. Although classical Thai traditional medical texts do not directly describe “viruses,” as this body of knowledge was developed before the scientific discovery of microorganisms, the symptoms and characteristics of this disease can still be meaningfully interpreted through ancient Thai medical theory.
