BANGKOK — The Thai Medical and Wellness Tourism Association (TMWTA) has announced a delegation programme to Medical Fair Asia 2026, offering healthcare and wellness industry professionals an opportunity to explore emerging medical technologies, healthcare innovations and hospital management solutions while building regional business and professional networks.
The international medical trade exhibition will be held from September 9–11, 2026, at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, bringing together healthcare providers, medical technology companies, manufacturers, distributors and industry professionals from across Asia and international markets.
Medical Fair Asia is one of the region’s key platforms for medical and healthcare technologies, showcasing developments ranging from medical devices and diagnostic technologies to digital health, artificial intelligence and hospital infrastructure.
The TMWTA delegation will be limited to 15 participants.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore a broad range of healthcare technologies and solutions, including medical equipment and devices, diagnostic and laboratory technologies, pharmaceutical and healthcare products, rehabilitation equipment, orthopaedic solutions and technologies supporting elderly care.
The exhibition will also highlight fast-growing areas such as Digital Health, Artificial Intelligence, Telemedicine, MedTech, hospital information technology and healthcare management systems.
Hospital infrastructure and technologies designed to improve healthcare operations and patient services will also be among the key areas featured at the event.
The delegation is open to a wide range of healthcare and wellness industry stakeholders, including hospital and clinic owners and executives, medical centre and wellness centre operators, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
Executives and specialists working in procurement, biomedical engineering and information technology are also among the target participants, together with operators of rehabilitation centres, elderly care facilities and long-term care organisations.
The programme also welcomes manufacturers, importers, exporters and distributors of medical devices and healthcare products, as well as entrepreneurs working in Digital Health, AI, Telemedicine and MedTech.
Researchers, universities, professional associations and relevant government agencies are also encouraged to participate.
In addition to attending Medical Fair Asia 2026, participants will have an opportunity to visit a leading hospital within the SingHealth network.
The hospital visit is designed to provide participants with insights into Singapore’s healthcare management system, medical service delivery and hospital operations, while creating opportunities for professional exchange and potential collaboration between healthcare organisations in Thailand and Singapore.
The programme is expected to help Thai healthcare and wellness organisations gain greater exposure to international healthcare practices, technologies and service models that could support future development.
Through the delegation, TMWTA aims to strengthen connections between Thailand’s medical and wellness sector and the wider regional healthcare innovation ecosystem.
