ArokaGO, Thailand’s AI-powered medical and wellness tourism platform, is proud to join Thailand Health Excellence 2026: The Next Chapter of Global Healing, a strategic national initiative supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). The project aims to elevate Thailand’s position as a Global Health & Healing Destination by showcasing the country’s strengths in Medical Excellence, Science-based Wellness, and Science-based Local Wisdom Wellness through an integrated and internationally competitive model.

The initiative reflects Thailand’s growing potential in the global health tourism landscape, particularly in areas such as advanced medical treatment, longevity medicine, preventive health, rehabilitation, and holistic healing. It also reinforces Thailand’s distinct advantage in offering a more comprehensive health tourism experience through the integration of treatment, recovery, and healing under science-based and evidence-based approaches supported by medical research, biological data, and measurable outcomes.

Thailand Health Excellence 2026 has been designed with four key objectives. First, it seeks to strengthen the country’s image as a world-class destination for health and healing. Second, it aims to differentiate Thailand from global competitors in the medical tourism industry through an integrated care model that goes beyond treatment alone. Third, it promotes strategic collaboration among the public sector, private sector, and international partners to build a stronger ecosystem for Thailand’s health tourism industry. Finally, it is intended to stimulate greater inbound travel among medical and wellness tourists, contributing to the growth of Thailand’s healthcare, tourism, and wellness economy.

As part of this collaboration, ArokaGO plays an important role in bridging the decision-making journey of medical tourists with the most suitable healthcare and wellness services in Thailand. Through its digital platform, ArokaGO helps international users move from discovery to consideration and ultimately to confident decision-making, while connecting them with verified providers across hospitals, clinics, and wellness services.

Under the proposed collaboration framework, ArokaGO will support the campaign through three key areas. The first is the development of a campaign landing page, which will feature ArokaGO providers grouped according to the three core “moments” of the medical tourist journey: Life Upgrade, Critical Decision, and Recovery & Reset. This structure is designed to help users navigate services more easily and choose the most appropriate providers based on their personal health and wellness goals.

The second area of support is content integration, where campaign articles and project-related content will be published through ArokaGO’s media platform and ecosystem. This content strategy is intended to connect awareness with deeper consideration and informed service selection, helping medical tourists better understand Thailand’s capabilities in both medical and wellness care.

The third area involves social media communication, with ArokaGO supporting campaign visibility through at least three social media activations. These may include photo captions, campaign highlights, and story-based content designed to engage audiences and reinforce Thailand’s value proposition as a trusted destination for global health and healing.
