The PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) test is a blood test primarily used to screen for prostate cancer, not testicular cancer. Screening for testicular cancer typically involves regular testicular self-examinations to identify any lumps or abnormalities, not PSA tests. The self-examination involves feeling the testicles for any lumps or changes in size, shape, or consistency. 

Now, if prostate cancer is suspected based on results from a PSA test, a DRE (Digital Rectal Examination) and a procedure known as a Transrectal Ultrasound with Prostate Biopsy (TRUS Bx) may be performed. This procedure involves inserting an ultrasound probe into the rectum to help guide a needle that collects tissue samples from the prostate. These samples are then analyzed to determine if cancer cells are present. 

Testicular cancer, on the other hand, if suspected, often involves an ultrasound of the testes to identify any abnormalities within the testicles. If a lump or tumor is found, a biopsy or often a complete removal of the affected testicle (orchidectomy) might be performed to examine the tissue for cancerous cells.
