How Can You Know If You Have Hidden Food Allergies?
A blood test can help determine whether you have hidden food allergies. This test can identify reactions to up to 222 different types of foods. It is a convenient method that does not require fasting beforehand, and the results are typically available within 2 weeks.

How Is Hidden Food Allergy Treated?
Treatment for hidden food allergies is typically divided into three levels:
๐ Red Level: Indicates a high level of sensitivity. It is recommended to completely avoid these foods for 3-6 months.
๐ Yellow Level: Indicates mild to moderate sensitivity. These foods should be limited to no more than once per week.
๐ Green Level: Indicates no sensitivity, and these foods can be consumed as usual.
After avoiding red-level foods for 3-6 months and once symptoms have improved, these foods can be gradually reintroduced in appropriate amounts. However, they should not be consumed in large quantities or too frequently, as this may trigger the allergy again.
