The Rehabilitation Center at Bangpakok 9 International Hospital provides comprehensive care for physical therapy and pain relief to help patients regain their normal activities. Our dedicated team of experienced physical therapists utilizes the latest innovations and equipment to promote, prevent, and treat physical and emotional difficulties. 

Our treatment approach involves three steps: 

1. Operative Treatment: This step focuses on positioning, bending, pulling, pressurizing, and relaxing nerves to address specific physical conditions. 

2. Pain Relief: We employ various techniques to relieve pain, reduce numbness, and stimulate the nervous system and muscles. This includes the use of ultrasound, laser therapy, shortwave diathermy, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), electrical stimulation, as well as neck and back traction machines. 

3. Specialized Exercise Program: We provide personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs, aiming to improve and maintain physical conditions. These programs are designed to enhance strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall physical well-being. 

Our Services cover a range of conditions and patient populations: 

• Physical therapy for neurological patients: Addressing rehabilitation needs for individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. 

• Physical therapy for musculoskeletal patients: Treating musculoskeletal conditions including joint pain, back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. 

• Physical therapy for children: Providing specialized care for children with developmental delays, motor impairments, and other pediatric conditions. 

• Physical therapy for cardio-pulmonary patients: Offering rehabilitation for individuals with cardiac and pulmonary conditions, helping to improve endurance and functional capacity. 

We also offer additional diagnostic services: 

• Electromyography (EMG): This assessment measures the electrical activity of muscles and nerves to aid in the diagnosis and management of neuromuscular disorders. 

• Nerve conduction velocity (NCV): A diagnostic procedure that assesses the speed of nerve impulses to diagnose and predict abnormalities in nerves and muscles. 

• Podoscope: A tool used for gait analysis and foot pressure measurement, helpful for evaluating foot function and prescribing appropriate footwear or orthotics. 

The Rehabilitation Center is open Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. It is located on the 6th floor of Bangpakok 9 International Hospital.
