Our hospital is led by a distinguished team of pain specialists and renowned expert physicians, each holding internationally recognized qualifications and extensive clinical experience. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of complex pain conditions, including spinal and nerve-related pain, cancer-related pain, post-surgical pain, and chronic pain syndromes that require a high level of expertise and individualized care.

At Sapiens, we believe that pain treatment should be refined, effective, and minimally invasive. Our approach emphasizes modern, surgery-free therapies supported by advanced medical technology and delivered through thoughtful, personalized consultations.

While some diagnosed pain patients needs surgical treatments including sports injury and chronic pains, Sapiens Pain Hospital offers arthroscopic surgery which causes tiny scar and minimal pain after surgery with specialized pain management techniques.

Our medical team lead - Dr.Nattaya Udomsakdi has been the first Thai doctor certified with World Institute of Pain for total pain management techniques. A Refined Approach to Pain Relief  Before Surgery Is Considered

Back and neck pain caused by spinal degeneration, disc disorders, and nerve compression has become increasingly common in modern society, particularly among professionals with sedentary lifestyles. As age advances, the importance of avoiding unnecessary surgical risks such as complications from scar tissue, hypertension, or diabetes becomes paramount.

At Sapiens, we offer advanced, non-surgical pain interventions including radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation, carefully selected to deliver lasting relief while preserving function and independence.

Our patients both Thai and international—often describe their experience as transformative, enabling them to return to active living, meaningful travel, and cherished moments with their families.

Pain Is Not Only Physical  It Touches the Soul

Chronic pain silently erodes daily life, limiting mobility, independence, and emotional well-being. Many patients experience anxiety, withdrawal from social activities, and the fear of becoming a burden to loved ones.

Clinical studies from the American Psychiatric Association indicate that 35–45% of individuals living with chronic pain also suffer from depression or emotional distress.

At Sapiens, we treat pain with dignity and empathy. Our mission is to help parents and grandparents reclaim vitality, confidence, and joy so they may live fully alongside those they love.

A Global Health Challenge  Addressed with Precision

Approximately 7.5% of the world’s population lives with lower back pain.
Modern lifestyles prolonged sitting, digital device usage, physical strain, obesity, and aging place increasing stress on the spine. These factors accelerate degeneration, structural collapse, and nerve compression, giving rise to chronic pain conditions.

According to the BBC, over 600 million people worldwide are affected by lower back pain, a number that continues to rise. Sapiens was founded to meet this global challenge with refined expertise and advanced care.
