SAFE Fertility Group was founded in 2007 under the vision of Dr. Wiwat Quangkananurug, a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, infertility specialist, and pioneer in assisted reproductive technology. His vision was to establish SAFE as a leading fertility and Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) group in Asia, providing advanced reproductive care with the highest standards of safety, technology, and patient-centered service.

Since its establishment, SAFE Fertility Group has grown from a specialized fertility center into one of the most recognized fertility groups in Thailand and the region. Our Story

 

Dr. Wiwat Quangkananurug began his career as an infertility specialist in 1999. Through years of clinical experience, he recognized that infertile couples could achieve better treatment outcomes when supported by a comprehensive fertility center equipped with advanced medical technology, expert specialists, and strict laboratory safety standards.

Driven by this belief, he founded SAFE Fertility Group in 2007 with the mission to help infertile couples fulfill their dream of becoming parents of healthy children. In 2009, SAFE expanded its operations and moved to Amarin Tower, strengthening its position as a center of excellence in assisted reproductive technology.

From the beginning, SAFE has focused on combining medical expertise, laboratory precision, advanced reproductive technologies, and compassionate care to support every patient throughout their fertility journey.

 

Our Specialist Team

 

SAFE Fertility Group began with only 10 staff members. Today, the organization has grown into a multidisciplinary team of more than 170 professionals, including fertility specialists, obstetricians and gynecologists, embryologists, laboratory technicians, nurses, genetic counselors, patient coordinators, and support staff.

All members of the SAFE team share the same commitment: to provide high-quality fertility care with professionalism, compassion, and respect for each patient’s individual needs.

Over the past 15 years, SAFE has helped more than 15,000 infertile couples on their journey toward becoming parents.
